He was predeceased by: his spouse Roberta'Bert" Stout (Sickler); his parents, Ernest Sr. Stout and Margaret Stout (Randall); and his brothers, Phillip Stout, Harold "Pete" Stout and Ernest "Buck" Stout.
He is survived by: his children, Wanda (Joseph Shimko, Jr.) of Slatington, Jeffery Stout (Tina), Donna (Allen McClure) and Sherri (Andrew Bear) of Dillsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Joseph III, Cortney, Zachary and Erica; his great grandchildren, Maddie, Mia, Reilly and Aurora; and his brother Carles "Butch" Stout.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harding Funeral Home (25-27 N 2nd St, Slatington, PA 18080). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
