It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernard Paul LaPine of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Bernard departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Bernard. Though Bernard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard J. LaPine and Ella W. LaPine (Custer); and his siblings, Jim and Jerry LaPine. He is survived by: his wife Frances Ann LaPine (Yates); and his children, Denise Wright (Barry), Diane Brennan (Kevin) and Bernard J. LaPine (Stacey). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (25 W Pine St, Palmyra, PA 17078). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gravel Hill Cemetery (54 Gravel Hill Rd, Palmyra, PA 17078).
