She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Smith and Bernice Smith (Stroh). She is survived by: her husband Richard G. Hoover; her daughters, Kelly Phillippy and Tracy Dorta; her brother Barry Smith; her grandchildren, Adam Phillippy (Lili), Hannah Phillippy, Mira Aftosmes (Evan), Mallory Zimmerman, Matthew Zimmerman, Bobby Dorta and Alex Dorta; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Brynn, Elaina and Emma.
