She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gutekunst and Arlene Frantz (Neubauer); her sons, Jon and Michael Kurash; and her stepbrother David Frantz.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Kurash of Palmyra and Kara Kurash of Dallastown; her sisters, Judy Snyder, Kathy Remaley, Sharon Romberger and Diane Fink; and her stepsister Cheryl Kneiss. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
