With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald W. Steibing of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, born in Berwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 1, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Steibing and Hildred Steibing (Meixell). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Steibing (Ruckle); his stepgranddaughter Marlena; and his sister Eleanor Moyer (Monroe).
