She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer P. Risser and Beulah Risser (Hibshman); her husband Robert A. Batdorf; her children, David Batdorf, Karen Moore, Joanne Books and Faye Pagan; and her siblings, Wayne Risser, Lena Bashore and Mahlon Risser.

She is survived by: her son Neal Batdorf of Waynesboro; her stepson Kenneth E. Leffler, Jr. (Sharon) of Myerstown; and her siblings, Carl Risser of Lititz and Ruth Bashore of Myerstown. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
