He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard W. Chamberlin and Anna Pearl Wingerd Chamberlin; his wife Betty J. Stine Chamberlin; and his sister Helen Marie Hinkle. He is survived by: his daughter Nancy E. Opilo; his son-in-law Matthew; his granddaughter Kaitlin E. Zdilla (Daniel); and his great grandchild Cecilia J. Zdilla.
