He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Plessinger, Sr. and Gladys P. Plessinger (Ciecierski); his brother Kenneth Plessinger; and his granddaughter Candace Risser. He is survived by: his wife Joyce R. Plessinger (Wilkins); his children, John K. Plessinger, Debra J. Risser and Beth Ann Ginder (Rick); and his brother Robert Plessinger. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (25 W Pine St, Palmyra, PA 17078). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
