He was predeceased by: his father Richard V. Zika. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Zika (Wisneski) of Kingston; his children, Michael of Dushore, Miranda Forrest (Daniel) of Williamsport, Elizabeth and William Zika of Jamison City; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Kora; and his siblings, Richard Zika (Theodora) of Pittsburgh, Cindy Adams (Michael) of Tunkhannock and Matthew Zika (Nancy) of Marquette, Michigan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Piatt Funeral and Cremation (6 Sunset Lake Rd, Hunlock Creek, PA 18621). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 12:30 PM.
