She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin George and Hazel Wine; her husband George Stover; and her son-in-law Herb Fogleman Jr.. She is survived by: her brother James Wine (Tammy) of Syracuse, IN; her sister-in-law Ann Wine of Parish, FL; her children, Judy Fogleman, Scott Miller (Tammy), Todd Miller, Micki Miller and Melissa Ries (Christopher); and her grandchildren, Casey Crawford (Brice), Kyle Miller (Michaela), Anna Hoy, Zachary Fogleman (Tierney Bechtel), Ellie Seavers, Tyler Miller, Ian Fogleman (Erin Schupper), Kaila Miller, Katie Miller, Emma Ries, Luc Ries, Alysa Mease (Derrick), Lance Fogleman and Elizabeth Fogleman. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the Encounter Church of Palmyra (220 Campbelltown Rd, Palmyra, PA 17078). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
