He was predeceased by: his parents, John Weaver and Esther Weaver (Moonshine); his wife Mary E. Weaver (Kipp); his grandson Jonathan E. Irvin; and his siblings, Paul Weaver and Shirley Leach.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon M. Littlejohn (Lee) of Six Mile and Dale A. Weaver (Ann) of Hummelstown; and his grandson Will S. Irvin of Charleston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
