He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell V. Abbott and Grace Elinor Abbott (Caven); his son Gregory Talbot Abbott; and his brother Donald "Terry" Abbott. He is survived by: his wife Marlene R. Abbott (Hartwig); his daughters, Diane (Dan Abbadusky) and Cathleen Schrecengost; his grandchildren, Matthew Abbadusky, Danielle Sauerwein (Tommy), Kristyn Hoffman (Brad), Jonathan Abbadusky (Callie), David Abbadusky (Samantha), Abigail Reish (Samuel), Andrew Schrecengost (Jacqueline) and Alexander Schrecengost (Emma); and his great grandchildren, Ava, Paxton Abbadusky, Willow, Weslynn, Waverly Sauerwein, Jayson, Job Hoffman, Monroe Abbadusky, Sophie and Nolan Reish. He is also survived by his family and being with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
