She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Bowers and Ruth Bowers (Frysinger); and her sisters, Vicki Aldinger (Ray) and Joy Knepp (Don). She is survived by: her husband George Halbleib, Jr.; and her children, Penny Harris (David), Susan "Sue" Risser (Kenneth) and Jason Halbleib (Tammy). She is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
