He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wagner and Mary Wagner (Bashore). He is survived by: his wife Arlene H. Wagner (Hostetter); his children, Mary Lou Grant (William), Paul R. Wagner (Ruth) and Timothy S. Wagner (Lori); and his brothers, Elvin R. Wagner (Barbara) and Nathan Wagner. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
