He is survived by: his significant other Cindy; his daughters, Karilyn King of Malvern, PA and Julie Borrelli; his son-in-law Jason Borrelli of Malvern, PA; his daughter Kelley Heyworth; his son-in-law Ben Heyworth of Needham, MA; his grandchildren, Drew Borrelli, Sophie Borrelli, Charlie Heyworth, Matthew Heyworth and Thomas Heyworth; and his siblings, Max, Kathy, Brenda and Steve.
Instead of flowers, contributions in Jeff's memory can be made to the King Center for Lynch Syndrome at the University of Pennsylvania's Abramson Cancer Center.
