He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren and Charlotte; and his brother Robert B. Warden. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Warden (Sweeney); his children, Anne Shannon (David) and Joseph B. Warden; his sister-in-law Emily Warden; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Lucy, William Shannon, Julia and Ella Warden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Norbert Church (6 Greenlawn Rd, Paoli, PA 19301). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
