We are sad to announce that, on January 31, 2026, at the age of 74, Donna F. Barlett of Parker, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Blenton Kagle and Charlotte Shaffer Kagle; her daughter Dora; and her son-in-law Ronald Hovis. She is survived by: her close friend Willi L. Daab of Parker; her daughter Melinda Swick (John) of Ellwood City; her grandchildren, Aaron Stephens, Adam Hook of St. Petersburg, Ryan Hook of Knox, Ashley Hogue (Stevan) of New Castle and Cheyanne Swick; her sisters, Deloris Beichner (Allen) of Pine City, Darlene McCleary of Knox, Diane Rex of Knox and Darla Reese of Knox; Giovanna Swick of Elwood City. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
