He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Murray and Matilda Murray; his sister Ella Mae; his nephew Don Edwards; and his son-in-law Doug Overly.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Jean Nunamaker Edwards; and his daughters, Sherry Overly of Boyers, Bobbie Bish of New Kensington and Kathy Edwards of Knox. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
