She was predeceased by: her father Charles Swartzlander; her spouse Thomas Sands; and her brother Michael Swartzlander. She is survived by: her mother Mary Weaver (Bowman) of Sunbury; her daughter Jennifer Sands (John Benham); her grandchildren, Kenzie, Maddie and Matthew Benham; her sister Carol; and her brother-in-law Gorman Findley.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Deborah can be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
