She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Phipps and Lillian Phipps (Feiler); and her daughter Suzanne Phipps. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Shaffer; her son Ted Shaffer; and her grandchildren, Ted, Jr., Amber, Mollie and Tim. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
