He was predeceased by: his parents, John Koniszewski and Theresa Koniszewski (Lagvanec); and his brother Joe. He is survived by: his siblings, Jack (Jane) of La Quinta, CA and Cathy (Charles Zuzzio) of Lake Ariel; and his sister-in-law Anne. He is also survived by 4 nieces and 2 nephews.
