He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Horn Jr. and Olive Reeder Horn; and his brother Russell (Marilyn). He is survived by: his wife Jane Duloc Horn; his daughters, Melissa Stiles (Jeffrey) and Stephanie Bolen; his grandchildren, Ethan, Elizabeth and Jack; and his brother-in-law Michael P. Duloc (Andrea).
