He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward G. Dieterle and Dorothy Dieterle; his wife Deborah A. Dieterle; his daughter Eva Palmeri; and his brother Jeff Dieterle.
He is survived by: his sons, Dave Dieterle, Edward W. Dieterle and Rich Carafello; and his siblings, Gail Pabst, Lynn Taylor and Janice Lloyd. He is also survived by grandchildren, 6 precious great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gaita Memorial (154 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Little Falls, NJ 07424). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location.
