She was predeceased by : her parents, Matthew Conklin and Mary Irene Conklin (Heiney); her siblings, Florence Frantz, Mary Evans, Gladys Padgett, Donald Conklin, David Conklin, Matthew Conklin and Charles "Gump" Conklin; and her daughter Sharon Donchez.

She is survived by : her children, Jay Donchez of Wind Gap, Dawn Plummer (David) of Pen Argyl and Tammy Kemp (Dean) of Pen Argyl; her grandchildren, Traci Hoadley (Jason) of Nazareth and Tyler Kemp (Sarah Barnett) of Pen Argyl; her great grandchildren, Devon Pfeifer (Christy Perez), Kennady Lorrah and Elliot Lorrah-Pfeifer; her great great grandchild Camila Pfeifer; and her son-in-law Rick Goulstone.
