He was predeceased by: his parents, Eben Campbell and Ruth Campbell (Haubrich); and his brother John E. Campbell. He is survived by: his siblings, Marsha James (Cliff), Tina Squires (Jeff) and Rodney Campbell (Jeni). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
