It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice P. Carnes (Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Alfred and Pearl Alfred (VanKirk); her husband Larry Carnes; and her brother Sherwood Alfred (Dorothea). She is survived by: her sons, Richard Miller (Mary Ann) of Danielsville, PA and Jeff Carnes (Elise) of Ft. Myers, Florida; her grandchildren, Tyler Miller Makayla (Florinda), Ryan Carnes and Payton Carnes; and her great grandchildren, Edward Miller and Nolan Miller.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Humane Society, SPCA or Paralyzed Veterans of America.
