We announce the death of Thomas S. Labar of Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 31, 2026, at the age of 73. Thomas will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherwood Labar and Romayne M. Labar (Bonney). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Labar (Shaw); his son Ryan T. Labar; his stepson Timothy J. Butzgy (Jennifer) of Pen Argyl; his grandchildren, Emma, TJ, Hailey and Evan; and his sister Louise Ann Labar (Earl Brewer) of Wind Gap.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, 12 N. Westbrook Avenue, Pen Argyl, PA 18072.
