He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Biechy and Verona Biechy (Labar); and his brother Robert Biechy. He is survived by: his wife Roseann Biechy (Williams); his children, Cheryl L. Pekar (John) of Laurel Run, Ralph M. Biechy (Belinda) of Pen Argyl, Kenneth W. Biechy (Bonnie) of Lebanon and Billi Jo Cangley of Palm Harbor, FL; his grandchildren, Michael McCance (Lisa), Allyson Hamburg, Lucien Biechy and Madison Cangley; his great grandchildren, Desmond Cannon and Kyleen McCance; and his sister Rosanne Hedgelon (Robert) of Stroudsburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
