He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. Smith and Alberta E. Smith (Prowell); and his brothers, Calvin, Bob and Gary.
He is survived by: his wife Glynis R. Smith; and his children, Sheena Smith (Saul Streveler), Jennifer Rowe (Stephen), Morgan Henry (Chris), Carissa Banks (Ian), Bethany Peterson (Dylan), Mitch Gaylor (Heather) and Justin Smith. He is also survived by his wife and children, Vic leaves behind several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
The family is requesting in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Vic's honor be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
