It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Olsakovsky of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 24, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Olsakovsky and Elizabeth Olsakovsky (late Aileen V.); and his siblings, Ann Creque (Gerald), John (Marian), George, Michael Begala (Marian), Paul (Helen), Albert and Elmer (Rita).
He is survived by: his children, Andrea Moroney (Patrick) and Adrianne Carolla (Mark); his grandchildren, Kelly Moroney, Colleen Youngberg (Ryan) and Lena Carolla; and his brother Nicholas (late Catherine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to The American Stroke Association or The Dementia Society of America.
