Bernadette McCaffrey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2025, at the age of 82, Bernadette McCaffrey of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Bernadette is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Bernadette's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry McCaffrey. She is survived by: her sons, Patrick, Keith (Kelly) and Michael McCaffrey; her grandchildren, Connor, Megan and Danny McCaffrey; and her brother Jimmers Schaffer (Denise). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home (500 Greenfield Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15207). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Rosalia Church (411 Greenfield Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15207).
In Liau of flowers donations in Bonnie's name may be made to Heartland Hospice of The Alzheimer's Association.
