He was predeceased by: his son Donald Worthen, Jr.; and his sister Judy Currier. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly; his children, Lorri Waldron, Amanda Mitchell, Jeffrey Worthen and Edwin Worthen; and his stepchildren, Melinda Sarle, Timothy Baker and Elizabeth Baker. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 25 great- grandchildren.
