He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Devlin and Helen Devlin (LoBuono); and his wife Patricia A. Devlin. He is survived by: his children, Denise M. Shine (Frank) of Irwin and Michael A. Devlin (Michelle) of Irwin; his grandchildren, Jacob M. Devlin and Jenna M. Devlin; and his brothers, James (Cheryl) and John Devlin (Sharman).
