She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Petarra Jr. and Rosemary Petarra (Divelbiss) of Harwick. She is survived by: her son Mark Phillips (Melissa); and her siblings, Dawn Anker (John), Diane Hanz (Kevin), Amy Leskovic (Joe), Rosemary Peck (Ron) and Steven Petarra, MD (Kathleen).
