He was predeceased by: his brother Louis D. DeFabio; his great-nephew Louis A. DeFabio, II; and his parents, Louis A. DeFabio and Dorothy DeFabio. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine DeFabio (Minoli); his children, Maria DiNatale (Dan) and Mark DeFabio (Lynn); his grandchildren, Danielle, Dominic, Daniel, Jr., Julia, Kayla and Blaise; his sibling's children, Louis A. DeFabio, Jr. (Maureen) and Michelle Donatucci; his great-nephew Anthony DeFabio; and his great-niece Nicole Cherico.

To best honor Mark, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 S Danny Thomas Blvd, Memphis, TN 38105.
