She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Tabacek and Antoinette Tabacek (Callahan); her sisters, Terri Dubnicay (Robert) of New Kensington, Joan Tabacek of Natrona Heights and Susan Costantino (John) of Hamilton, OH.; her nephews, Rick Horzempa of New Kensington and Robert Dubnicay (Anastasia) of Pittsburgh; her great-nephew Oscar Dubnicay; and her pet Dahlia.
