He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sr. Killian and Ruth Killian (Berwick). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Killian (Sieber); his children, Raymond Killian (Jen) and Janie Steele (Russel); his siblings, Gary, Ronald Killian (Gayle), Cathy Kirchatrz (Cliff), Theresa Davis (Mark) and Edward Killian; and his mother-in-law Janet Sieber. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
