He was predeceased by: his daughter Cathy Kundrick; and his brothers, Robert Burkhart (Jan) and Lee Burkhart (late Gail). He is survived by: his wife Audrey Burkhart; his sons, Scott Burkhart and Stephen Burkhart (Aya); and his grandchildren, Dr. Yuya Burkhart (Julia), Hannah Burkhart, AJ Kundrick (Abigail), Lexi Kundrick and Ava Waters. He is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
