He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Werley, and Ruth Werley, Sr. (Rixner); his father-in-law Roy Cochrane; and his sibling-in-law Dale Cochrane (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Mary Pat Werley (Cochrane); his sisters, Ruth Campbell (Doug) of Sarver and Lynda Crystaloski (Ken) of Plum; his niece Katie Crystaloski (Andrew Jordan); his mother-in-law Eileen; and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Cochrane, Janet Bowen (John), Ron Cochrane (Sue), Larry Cochrane, Audrey Antosik (Dennis), Paula Rosato (Dennis) and Roy Cochrane (Lynan).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested.
