He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bonnie (Nasiadka); his children, Michael Slavik (Laura), Erika Slavik and Cindy Hucko (Robert); his stepchildren, Sharon Gonzalez and Mark Arroyo; his grandchildren, Kenneth, James, Sarah, Donovan, Ava and Rylee; his stepgrandchildren, Mark Robinson and Asia Lee Arroyo; his great grandchild Royce; his stepgreat-grandchild Kiyanni Sue; and his siblings, George Slavik (Linda), David Slavik (Charlene) and Linda Slavik. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
