He is survived by : his wife Donna Sleppy (Risinger); his parents, Howard Sleppy and Pearl Sleppy (Ober); his children, Rebecca Mellott (Michael), Katlyn Sleppy, Nathan Sleppy (Courtney) and Jennifer Leverknight (Dustin); his grandchildren, Tyler and Marcy Mellott; and his siblings, Paul Sleppy (Mary), Neal Sleppy (Cynthia), Ray Sleppy (Shari) and Julie Hickey (David). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
