She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dale and Esther Archibald Whelpley; and her sister Nancy Coder. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Hook (Lynn) of DuBois, William Hook (Beverly) of Pittsburgh and James Robert Hook (Lyn) of Colorado Springs, CO; her brother Tom Whelpley (Carol) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her grandchildren, Jamie Hook, Brenda Hook, Sarah Hook, Eric Hook, Stephanie Hook and Stephen Hook. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
