She was predeceased by: her parents, John Molnar and Elizabeth Molnar (Sholties). She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Herb" Bates; and her children, Kim A. Mandich (Mark J.), Keith Uram (Sue), Kristee Westerman (Howard) and Staci Kozak (Donovan). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
