He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnston Brzezinski; his parents, Tom Brzezinski (Tammy) and Darby Penn Nichols; his siblings, Matthew Brzezinski (Krystal), Greg Cervice Jr. (Renea), Steven Brzezinski (Tara) and Brandi Brzezinski (Tim); and his pets, Dexter, Peewee, Sydney and Gray Gray. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
