He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Decker and Phyllis Wiesner Decker. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Decker (Leah) of Lansing, MI and Jason Decker (Meghan) of Gibsonia, PA; his grandchildren, Elliott, Norman, Anna and Noah Decker; and his brothers, Dennis Decker (Barbara) of Sylvania, OH and Daniel Decker (Linda) of St. Marys. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
