It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DMD Anthony Brusca Jr. of Penn, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 19, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Brusca and Josephine Brusca (Granata). He is survived by: his wife Maureen Brusca (Fey); his daughter Rebecca Brusca Edmiston; his son-in-law Miles Edmiston; his granddaughter Josephine Mae Edmiston; his sister Frances Chesler (Brusca); his brother-in-law Adrian Chesler; his nieces, Emily Daignault (Chesler) and Addie Martz (Chesler); and his pet Stella. He is also survived by husbands, his great-nieces and great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to UPMC Children's Hospital Foundation in Tony's name.
