She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Green and Alice Green (Trout); her husband Charles I. Miller, Sr.; and her siblings, Milton Green, Margaret "Peggy" White and Llyod Green.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Loughner (Martin), Christy Smith (David), Carl Henry, Jr., Eric Henry and Charles I. Miller, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Carl Henry, III, Clinton Loughner, Leah Augustine, Michelle Smith, Amy Grisenthwaite, Kayleigh Miller and Khristian Miller. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Penn Township Fire Company, Penn Township Ambulance Service or Bridges Hospice, in Elaine's memory.
