He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Jane Yelanich of Baldwin; his brother Dean Campbell (Nadine) of Jefferson Hills; and his parents, Thurman James and Bella Irene of Versailles. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew J. Campbell of Pittsburgh and Richard J. Campbell (Maren); his grandchildren, Hudson and Sylvie Campbell of Chicago, Illinois.; his brother Paul Campbell (Carlyn) of Summersville; and his pet Daffy.
