He is survived by: his wife Terry (Paulsen); his daughter Keirsten Havrilesko (David); his granddaughters, Mia and Emilee Kopps; and his siblings, Patricia Wittebort of Greenville, SC, Barbara Ramsey of Virginia Beach, VA, Jean Miller of Saxonburg, PA, Louis Jakovac, Jr. (Julia McAtee) of Butler, PA, Terence Jakovac (Vicki Becker) of Buford, SC and Kimberly Jakovac Wetzel of Saxonburg, PA. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
