She is survived by: her children, Shawn Smith (Melissa) of Scottdale, PA, Sally Szymanski (Jesse) of St. Marys, Stacy Assalone of St. Marys and Scott Cunningham (Jessica) of Weedville; her grandchildren, Brittany, Katy, Hunter, Dominic, Gage, Lacie, Logan, Libby, Seth, Ally, Colton, Chase, Caden, Cash and Kannin; and her brothers, Jack O'Leary, Michael O'Leary (Cindy) and Robert O'Leary (Pam). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
